Complete the VOE Orientation & Safety Quiz with a passing score of 100%.

Upon completion of the quiz, your score will automatically be revealed.

Items to be completed and uploaded, or returned via fax or email

Items should be uploaded to the website link emailed to you upon registration.
If that is not possible, scan documents and email to VOE@vanderbilt.edu or FAX: 615/936-0308,
